"My wife and I had a spectacular stay at Almare in Isla Mujeres, and the exceptional service deserves special recognition. The biggest thank-you goes to Ivan at the rooftop Sea Salt restaurant. I first met Ivan four years ago at another hotel, and we stayed in touch. When he told me he was now at Almare and suggested we visit, my wife and I decided to check it out—and we are so glad we did! Ivan went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. His warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to taking care of his guests made us feel welcome and valued. He was the reason we discovered Almare and a huge part of what made our experience so special. We also want to recognize Laura, Irma, and Floriberto in the pool area; Abril, the manager; Adriana at the coffee shop bar; and Irvin at the main-level bar. Each provided excellent customer service and helped make our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ivan and the entire team, for taking such wonderful care of us. It’s the people who make a stay memorable, and this team certainly did!"

After checking in, they made it right after I showed them proof of my correspondence confirming the 1st floor. If it wasnt for this incident, I would have given them 5 stars."

"My hubs and I went on a long weekend and could not have had a better time anywhere else. The staff was so nice friendly, and the small boutique style was so authentic Mexico. Our breakfast was included each day at Kin Ha and was so delicious. This beach club was so popular and being an and being a guest at the hotel gets you free beach club access all day! We spent most days at Kin Ha and had the best time!"

"Everything about this property was lovely! From the moment we got there the staff was very friendly. Day two we noticed AC was not cooling down very well, it was fixed right away. They helped us get a golf cart for a day. They arranged for our taxi to pick us up to take us to the ferry on departure day. The pool was perfect after a beach day! It overlooked the ocean and was just beautiful. There's an outdoor pool bar right near the main pool. There are three pools in total. The rooms were clean and simple. Had everything you needed. Shower was hot! The entire hotel was as pictured and within walking distance to everything you need! Playa Norte was a short 5 minute walk. We will definitely return and would highly recommend"
