"I spent the best time of my life for my wife 60 years birthday. We went there with 23 members of our family. Stayed at the hotel. The pool and beach staff are incredible specially Julieta and Angel."

"We enjoyed our stay at Mia Reef, all the staff were very nice, helpful and the waiters at restaurant where the buffet was as were so nice. Also, Cesar the waiter on the beach went beyond anyone else to make us feel comfortable and he was on top of everything!"

"The property is dated, but in pretty good shape. The room was nice and clean. The only complaint that I have was that the lock on the sliding door did not engage properly. Other than that everything else was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved the restaurant there as well as the bar. The pool was very nice and the location is very convenient. It is not on the beach, but right across the street from it. North Beach is a short walk away as well as many great restaurants. We walked from the ferry to the hotel without much issue. The amount of people on the streets (tourists at the shops) was the biggest issue. Also the streets are filled with rental golf carts. Mind you that none of this takes away from the Hotel itself. I do believe that we got a good bang for our buck with the hotel. I would definitely stay there again."

"This resort was definitely worth the money! Food was fantastic, the drinks were perfect, and the property was absolutely what you want for relaxing getaway. We have stayed on the island at times, but this was the first time at this resort, we did not feel like we had to leave this resort because everything we wanted was provided."

"We recently stayed at Nabalam Suite Room Pros: Clean room housekeeping came everyday to clean our room steps to the beach Free basic breakfast Cold ac Clean towels everyday Walking distance to many restaurants Walking distance to Hidalgo Street Felt safe Cons: Old old outdated room was not happy Loud music into the night Weak shower Room smelled very old and stale my nose would get stuffed every night. Drawers provided for clothes smelled horrible and old. Beds are horrible. One of the bed mattresses has coil springs coming out! Dips into the middle. All three bed mattresses need replacing. They are hard!!!! Felt like the flinstones bed rock. Our bodies were sore everyday from the mattresses. Our friends stayed at the master suite (rooms 9 & 11). This is where we will be staying for the future. That room is very well updated with modern furniture. The bed is hard though. I don’t know what it is out in Isla but every Airbnb and Hotel have horrible mattresses All in all I would go again for the convenience of steps to the beach and walking distance to places."
