The reception staff seemed to be more interested with arguing with each other, mainly caused by the lady in the back office than tend to my checking in. The blinds in the room were terrible and the bathroom curtain window was hanging off. Floor boards very creaky. Parking a nightmare. Breakfast was great the first morning but only ok the 2nd. Restaurant staff were excellent. I would stay again as the price compared to other hotels was excellent. All in all a good stay. "

"Our dog friendly room was on the 3rd floor with a colourful skylight. It was spotless and pitch black at night which was amazing. The staff always had a smile on their face and were more than happy to provide recommendations for things to do or places to go. The breakfast was superb. The square sausage was delicious. The dinner was tasty although the menu, for me, was fancier than it needed to be but was lovely "

"Check in - smooth & easy - however I was asked for my CC details including the CVV. Personally not come across this before & unsure why CVV was required, potential issue there for data breaches especially as the CVV was stored under 'guest name'. I have since cancelled thay card just to be safe. I handed over the details as i was knackered and asked them to delete later, which they said they did but cant verify. Room condition - really nice, clean and comfy bed, nice bathroom. Simple things could improve the raring, like... loose floor tiles in the bathroom could be fixed easily with re grouting (not a big job). Breakfast - Excellent. Really really good. Lots of choice and cooked really well. Location - perfect. If you come to skye you will pass here at sompoint. The views are amazing from the hotel or on the bridge nearby."

"We had a wonderful view from our room once the weather cleared up. Dinner reservations book up fast so I recommend booking in advance if you plan to have dinner there. The pub that is attached to the hotel was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and wouldn’t hesitate to return. "
