Any room on the third floor is the quietest, but very hot and there are no fans. While the window opens, it took forever to cool down and never really got below 72 to sleep. We stayed in late June. "The perfect location for all of your Isle of Skye exploration. Nice staff and good clean rooms. My husband and I found the room nice with a beautiful first floor view of the grounds but a little cramped and maybe needing a little refresh. We were told it was an upgrade due to the view, however the room was next to the housekeeping closet which meant it was quite loud early in the morning. The breakfast each morning was lovely. Everyone we met on staff was really helpful and kind."

"Das Hotel ist recht schlecht gepflegt und es fühlt sich trotz superwetters feucht an. Im Restaurant schaut man leider auf den Parkplatz und nicht auf das Meer. Auch war es recht hektisch, ständige Anreisen vo. Besuchern und noch zudem auf Koes sorgten für Unruhe. Insgesamt für knapp 500 Euro die Nacht sehr unverhältnismäßig teuer."

Reserviert haben wir ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten oder ein Doppelbett aber wir haben auch mit anderen Touristen gesprochen und alle haben derselbe Problem gehabt. Für so ein teures Zimmer erwartet man mindestens einen richtiges Bett. Frühstück ist einseitig und ohne Auswahl; Abendessen ist OK aber nur OK.
