"Every member of staff was lovely. Unfortunately communication wasn’t great as tried to call before and left a message via Hotels.com and no response. The chalets underlay wasn’t laid properly so it was lumpy in places. We had a great time, I stayed in December and decided to stay with my son in June as we usually stay with my friend. He loved it with the swimming and easy access to the beach."

"Our one night stay was so nice. Beds are comfy with lovely pillows and duvets. Nice towels and well equipped with tea/ coffee making facilities. Friendly welcome and gave us early checkin. Weve been here before and would definitely come back. We had the best breakfast, cooked to order."

"The Royal Esplanade was the perfect spot for our stay in Ryde. It is just across from the main bus transfer spot to get the Breezer and Coastal buses. It is clean and has an excellent cooked breakfast included with the rooms. I will stay there again when we return to Ryde."

"The Prince of Wales is immediately opposite the entrance to Osborne House, which was the purpose of our visit. Also very close to East Cowes ferry terminal. Very helpful and welcoming staff, and a good menu for dinner. Only negative was rather loud live music, but being Saturday night that wasn't too surprising, Overall very happy with this place, and would happily return."

"Friendliness of team, well managed and nothing too much trouble. We paid for the upgraded room and it was very comfortable, quiet and a sea view, well worth it. Sometimes hot water in the shower was an issue but had a bath instead. Dining room and bar area very modern and a lovely place to eat breakfast and sit and chat."
