The place was beautiful in a quiet part of town and Mark did an excellent work to welcome us. The breakfast was delicious and meticulously prepared for us, vegetarians and one, GF. Never slept that well after a long train ride and walking. Thank you, Mark!

An excellent choice for a stay in the Lymington/New Forest area. Easy access to shops, restaurants and local sites. Our hosts were very accommodating - breakfasts were excellent, help with logistics and recommendations were spot on! Everything was great!

The bed and breakfast is Cowes was in a great location. It was easy to walk to town and parking for our vehicle was provided. The hosts were terrific - providing great recommendations for dinners and things to do. The breakfast was delicious and was a great start to our day. The hosts’ 2 dogs were so CUTE!

What a beautiful place! Our welcome was delightful, the room was clean and well appointed, breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious and we just loved our 4 nights here. As I told Vickie on the way out, it was three times as good as our hotel in London, at one third the price, so that made it 9 times better :) Thank you for a wonderful visit to Isle of Wight. We would definitely stay here again and we give it a hearty recommendation.

Very charming small beachfront hotel with a beautiful patio on the water. Excellent, very reasonably-priced food on the menu and a fantastic included breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful, really made the stay a pleasure. I can really only hit them on one thing, we had three people, so used the fold-out couch as a second bed; it was a bit dusty and the mattress was a little thin; I could feel the metal frame member beneath it which was a bit uncomfortable. A lovely, very well maintained inn with a restaurant and pub, within walking distance of the ferry terminal. First rate menu with daily specials including fresh seafood. Pub has local ales on hand-pull. Spotless clean rooms with daily maid service. Friendly and competent staff. Note that this establishment is located in a residential neighborhood, so no other stores nearby.

Lovely place! Host was really friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect if you're looking for a place near town centre but still in a quiet and safe area.

We stayed three weeks here and really enjoyed our time there. The staff and owners were great and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was great as well and had plenty to chose from. It was a short walk to the cliffs and restaurants and shops. We would defiantly stay here again!!!
