"Hot tub and pool closed. Tried to give our room away after we checked in. Maintenance on room was sad. Breakfast was nice,hotel in general was nice"

"The toilet didn’t work. The technician came up and fixed it, but when he left he lifted the plunger in a bucket over the bed and personal items. Unacceptable!!!! The toilet tissue and towels ran out, and we called but never got any assistance. Turn down service was not offered so the trash was running over. The remote in the living room wasn’t working properly, so they had to come and replace it. Not a good stay. "

"Beautiful grounds, stunning views, filthy hotel room. Dirty walls, greasy remote, hand prints on the wall. We typically love Hilton vacation club properties, but this wasn’t it. Lovely historic building as soon as you drive in, unfortunately we chose not to stay there for the weekend. "

"This is a fabulous little hotel for families, we’ve been coming here for years and always return. Our children love the pool and splash pad, mini golf, and little playground. Colonial Williamsburg is accessible from the parking lot, it’s so fun to walk around without needing our car for the day. Convenient to Busch Gardens as well. This hotel is nostalgic and simple, we have wonderful family memories here and will choose Woodlands every time we are in Williamsburg. "
