Check in and check out was quick and easy. The hotel was very cute and so clean. Our beds were comfortable. We were there for a show at the Altria Theatre and it was an easy walk. There are many restaurants in the area also.

Ben was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I, and my daughter who is in a wheelchair, got a room on the first floor that was handicap accessible. Since we couldn’t print out room keys yet, he walked us to our room and let us get settled while they waited for the Wi-Fi to come back on. He then personally brought us our room keys along with two free snacks and beverages for the inconvenience. To...
