"The room was great and check in was GREAT but check out is when they lost stars. The lady at the counter was more interested in singing summer of 69 than helping me check out. She checked out someone in front of me and made me stand there and wait for her the I guess clear their room key or something and sing. If she would have just checked me out and the people behind me out she could have cleared all the key cards out when we were gone. "

"I put 4 stars for the staff, however we only had any interaction with one employee and he was pleasant. As for everything else, if only I could choose negative 5 stars, then it would be more accurate regarding this property. I’m going to say this, it would have to be FRESH after a FULL renovation and a FREE stay for me to ever book here again. There is absolutely no reason why any property should be this filthy. Poor management is the only thing that could explain this ridiculous mess. Anyway, enjoy the pictures. This is probably the last room I book on Expedia. I’m tired of being robbed because of their AI generated photos making the property actually look decent when it’s truly very run down."

"I’ll never stay again at this property. This property was loud. It had smokers who didn’t mind smoking cigarettes and weed all through the third floor. The check-in at check-in front desk agent made this loud announcement to everybody in the lobby so she wouldn’t have to repeat herself. it was just felt like we were being herded into the lobby. Didn’t appreciate that then on top of that my door didn’t close. There was a whole security issue behind me having a room that had a functioning door so I will never stay at this property again I didn’t even stay in my full duration. I left the night that I checked in so I just took a loss of 100 bucks for the night because there was no way that me and my daughter was sleeping in a room that didn’t have a door that properly worked. it was ghetto and if that’s your vibe, then have added it, but definitely not for somebody who understands and appreciates clean rooms that don’t smell like smoke or see sheds of dog here everywhere if they are property that accepts pets, I was looking and hoping for a property that didn’t have rust all on their doors. Rust on the showerhead lime filled showerhead nozzles. I didn’t wanna even take a shower in there. It was so gross. I just left and went back home because I only drove three hours. I was going to go see the beach butit was overall 10 out of 10 do not recommend."
