"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

"Absolutely lovely little place would recommend to anyone heading to Tulum to use this property there's a huge beach one side a short walk away and another further up by jaguar park with the myan ruins. Tye first one is closer tho and still has plenty to offer. Loved our stay. "

"The room was wonderful and cleaned very well daily. The staff was very helpful and the property was beautiful. There was a lot of sargassum on the beach which they occasionally cleaned but that is nature."
