The owner is operating as a front desk for the deluxe houseboats at Dal lake as earmarked by the houseboat owners' association. So when u book via expedia with Dandoo he only acts as a mediator and gets u a boathouse accommodation on behalf of boat owner. "Staff were faultless, WiFi in hotel does not work, given dongle which was just OK. TV had no English movie or sports channels, breakfast was fine. Overall nowhere near 4 star standard and definitely would not stay here again. Better amenities in house boats for alot less money."
