"The best hotel I’ve stayed in, in Little Rock. Finally. "

"Late arriving because there was a double homicide next door and had to wait for cops to let us turn. When I checked in the lady helping me was watching a live stream about the shooting. Said it happened a lot but usually not next door. Only one person in the lobby at a time so had to wait outside for my turn. The parking lot was a zoo with people partying. I paid for an upgraded king suite and what I got was a room with a nasty hot tub in the middle of the room. The toilet was dirty )black streaks in the bowl).,the bedspread was threadbare and The carpet was coming up. No kidding, was so bad that we left immediately, paid through hotel.com so couldn’t get my money back. Had to pay for another hotel in a better part of town. To make it even worse in the short time we were in the room my wife got bug bites up and down her legs. I wouldnt book this hotel again"

"The hotel check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and my room was very clean and comfortable. I had the complementary breakfast buffet and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Breakfast staff was wonderful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel."
