"The room itself was super clean and well kept, there were some amenities that weren’t listed so that was a nice surprise. The host is very responsive and gave a detailed list of everything related to the room and parking, that was greatly appreciated. AC was good the whole time and never had any issues with it. "Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

"The room was beautiful as was the facility. We loved the views of downtown Phoenix from our room and from the pool. Staff were friendly (though suggested Bad Jimmy’s for a good burger, I didn’t solicit any more suggestions after that). The space advertised had a bedroom and a sofa bed, which was a main selling point for me as I was traveling with my teenage son. The room is and efficiency (albeit a beautiful one), with a leather couch not made for sleeping. No “bedroom” or “sleeper sofa”. When...

10/10 Excellent

"Staff interactions were wonderful, I’ve never stayed at a hotel where each front desk person are so kind. Breakfast could have used more options but it was satisfying. The kitchen person had to come out and help me with the pancake machine and she was was great to me also. I’m going to be traveling from Phoenix a lot and will be staying here before all of my flights. Oh and since their transportation van was out of service to the airport, they paid for my Lyft to get there. Amazing people, great stay!! "
