"Lovely food. Breakfast and dinner. Bathroom very small and handbasin height is for a midget!!! Bar dinning tables height again suitable for very small guests. Bar staff very good. All staff very friendly Easy to get to main town area from hotel walking distance would stay again "

"Great hotel for a base to explore Jersey. It's quite a big hotel with much more than I had expected, in terms of bars and restaurants. The hotel is a mix of an old building with a new building built to the side. Both have a nautical theme but completely different styles: the old building is classic wood panelling and portholes whereas the newer building is much more cruise ship: lots of neon lighting. Nothing wrong with that per se, but could probably benefit from a refurbishment. Our room was fine. Had everything we needed, but again, just a bit tired and ready for a refurb. The spa is excellent so definitely make time for that. There is a nightclub in the hotel. If you're a light sleeper that might be problematic for you. It wasn't an issue for us. "

"Had a great stay here! I was given a room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The staff are exceptional and very helpful.The breakfast had a lot of choice and an al a carte menu to choose from. The spa area was also nice. I would stay here again."

"Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. I’m sure this will be completed by the time the weather gets better. Overall we had a great time and would return "
