"They neglected to clean my room one day, and the next time, they only made the beds without vacuuming or doing anything else. I always had to call to request water and clean towels. Despite being a very nice hotel overall, these small details are quite disappointing."

The view was excellent, the location is perfect & the staff were all brilliant, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. "AC wasn’t working until a couple or hours later. Some of the outlets did not work. Hair dryer was broken. The fire alarm went off at 0230 and they were no announcements. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no answer. Lift at the entrance was not working and we had to haul luggage up the stairs. No help available to assist."
