"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble. All in all a lovely stay - if I were alone I'd still probably pick a quirkier hotel, but for an accessible option 10/10."

"A very well appointed hotel. Good room size, lighting, cooling and cleanliness. I liked the little things like coffee machine, plenty of milk, sugar and bathroom extras. A fridge provided and good quality glasses. Breakfast and dinner very good. I am very well travelled and this was one of the best. Good value."

"Very nice rooms. Spacious room. Very comfy beds. Large bathroom. Quiet. Location great. Short Walking distance to bus and tube. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast gave us nutritious, delicious meals at a very affordable price. Meal deals were awesome. Their was little wait time and staff were very attentive and polite. The staff gave us extra care when I became ill. They are very caring and went out of their way to help us. I felt like a human being, not just another guest. A special thanks to everyone, especially Maria and Saqi. Plus the other gentlemen who I did not get their names but were also very helpful and polite. Also thanks to the cleaners for keeping the rooms clean and giving fresh towels on request. We had a very pleasant stay and hope to return sometime in the future."
