"The hotel is in a pretty central location, it’s pretty close to Hopson One mall which has plenty of shopping and dining options. The air conditioning units are abysmal and no matter how low you set it, the temperature in my room was averaged between 21°-23° the six nights I spent there even with the AC set at 17°. Staff are kind however they do not speak any English as advertised. It took an unsuccessful phone call, a visit to the front desk, two translation apps and three employees to answer...

I stopped by the police station and 2 other hotels for information and location of this hotel, and they could not help me with. I was at the property that night and didnt expect the property manager advice me that they never accommodate foreigner. And they told me they cancelled and refunded my booking right away even before i came. "The room is dirty, and the hotel is far from the metro station.. At least it takes 15mins to reach to the hotel.. And you will probably lost due to there is no proper signboard nor map to reach to the hotel. The area is terrible, bad smells and obviously inconvenience for travellers with baggage."
