"The staff was amazing. The pool and the hot tub was wonderful. The kids had a good time but on your website it says you have a bar and a restaurant but they’re not open on the weekend because you’re short staffed. I guess what that tells me is you’re not willing to pay enough to get people on the weekends or everybody in West Michigan is lazy one of the two."

"The property had recently been hit by a tornado so the initial appearance was spokey. I wish Expedia had warned me of that. The room was clean and the bed was great but the shower wasn't working properly so while showering I didn't have much water pressure. Their were ants in the bathroom but as I said they were under construction. The pool was awesome! The exercise area was clean and equipment functioned great. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices."
