We got a very small and very dark room with a small window facing some back ruins while our friends got a room which was twice bigger, brighter, with a nicer bathroom and view for the same price. When we approached the front desk lady to find out if she made a mistake she offered that we pay more for an upgrade instead of paying us back for a room that we obviously overpaid for.
