"My room was clean, the common areas were clean and smell fresh, staff was welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. Breakfast was good love the waffles. Parking was perfect with shade thanks to the trees around the hotel. The view was amazing looking to the lake. We will be coming back. "

"The room itself looked clean upon entering, but there was urine in the toilet seat. Hair inside the bathtub. There was left over red liquid inside fridge. There were greasy finger print on the phone on the table. There were droplets of some sort of food or liquid in the table and all over the floor by the table. One of our pillows had some green dirty streak in it, so we threw it on the floor. Rest of bedding seemed clean. Floor was dirty with some dirty dark spots. There was no staff at front desk and I even said “hello” and no answer. I left my key at the front and left to check out and then had to call the hotel to check out because no staff was present. This hotel is nice and has potential, but whoever is in charge of house keeping… they need to go…. At least there was no carpet! Everything else seemed very clean and new. "

"Valet staff was good. Rooms had a great ocean view. The pool and patio was under construction so we had to go to the beach every day, which was not ideal for us with a handicapped person in our party. The staff on the beach were not much help and really treated us like second class citizens."
