"The room was clean minus some broken blinds and what looked like someone kicked the cabinet to shut it. The property is older could use some curb appeal, we didn't connect to the wifi.. Parking was free... Beds were hard and not enough pillows. Good enough for what we needed staff was very helpful"

"I’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn multiple times over the past two years while my daughter attended Warner University, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The staff—from check-in to housekeeping to the breakfast team—are always friendly, courteous, and welcoming. You’re greeted with a smile, and they genuinely make sure you have everything you need. The rooms have always been clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The mattresses feel newer and are very comfortable. I also appreciate the quality Dove soap and shampoo provided. It’s a small touch, but it helps save space when traveling. One of the standout perks is the fresh cookies available each evening from 5 to 7 p.m., a simple but enjoyable treat. Breakfast is another highlight, offering a wide variety of options from cereal and bagels to hot items like pancakes, eggs, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. Everything is kept fresh, hot, and well-stocked, and the breakfast staff works hard to keep the area clean and organized. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone visiting the Lake Wales area, whether for a quick overnight stay or a longer visit."

"The hotel is nice and clean, and has great amenities. The downside is the front desk staff. The two women at the front desk are horrible. They both acted as if they were inconvenienced and were just rude. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced such unprofessional employees at check-in. Their attitudes never improved, I watched others check in throughout the evening, and their attitudes never improved when guests were checking in."

"This was our 2nd time staying at Alhambra Villas. The property is well maintained and close enough to orlando and all of the attractions, while being far enough to still be quiet and enjoyable. Our room was better than expected (and we already had high expectations). We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen and it was basically an apartment. There were pots, pans, flatware, cooking utensils, and full sets of plates and glassware. We also had a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. Overall 100/10. "
