The units are efficiency-style an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a bedroom. The only downside is the parking; at night, it is very difficult to find an empty spot."

"We had great stay at the hotel . Everyone was very nice starting from front desk to utility personnel. Cafeteria had great selection and different sections and Starbucks in lobby was great location too. Shuttles to universal studios was also quick and reliable. "

"The property has multiple pools and hot tubs which my family used. The room was large with a lot of space to hang out , watch TV, with a functioning kitchen which I wasn’t expecting. Did try to eat at the sit down restaurant The Grill and eventually left after no one took our order after waiting a while . Restaurant is NOT staffed adequately."
