"This was a smoke free facility however the overwhelming smell of marijuana and cigarettes on the second floor was overbearing. My thirteen year old was exposed and this was disheartening as we stayed from saturday to Thursday. The washing machine and dryer were unavailable for use. We asked for extra blankets two nights in a row and we never got them first nor last. Our toilet paper stock was two rolls when we arrived and was not replenished during our stay. We used kleenex for the last evening and morning. The cleaning staff walked into our room two mornings during our stay and our bed sheets were used to redress the bed not changed to be washed like to be expected. The key cards needed to be adjusted each day as they would not work to unlock doors day to day. Disappointed to say the least."

"We recently stayed for one night at the Crowne Plaza and while I would stay there again, there were two things that were not ideal: Our room was at the rear side and we were awakened at about 3:15 am by extremely loud metal banging noises and we realized that it had to have been from some truck picking up one or more dumpster containers. Do youself a favour and book a room at the front of the hotel! Also, the sliding doors to our room were not sealing well and since it was a very windy night there was a constant whistling of air passing through and it also made the room quite chilly. FYI: Our room was #715 As far as checking in and out everything was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also found the room key system worked very well--much better than the old cards that often failed and required multiple attempts to unlock the door. The room was clean and well appointed although the matresses were a bit soft for our liking, but that's a personal thing, and thus it's difficult to please everyone. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the service was excellent and the food was fine--simple fare, like a burger, fries, salad, Poke Bowl, steak, Club Sandwich, etc.--in other words, something to satisfy most tastes. Having had to leave early the next morning before they opened for breakfast we can't comment on that service; except to say that we understood that it is buffet style. So as noted, we'd consider staying there again, and we had a decent Expedia rate"

"No, the room had a very bad smell and the washroom so dirty with stains all over the bathtub. It was a terrifying sight to behold. "

"Stains on bed sheets, food crumbs, ants and toe nails under my bed sheet indicating the just made the bed look nice and didnt clean it. There was a racoon in the ceiling, the washroom window and shower curtain are see through. There is a 150$ fee upon arrival. The place smells like old smoke. There are random rules that you have to sign off on including that you are okay with the room. Dont waste your money here. The ammenities dont work. The microwave oven and fridge dont work. The only plus was they had cameras everywhere."

"The place was perfect for our stay! Love the space and it was comfortable and clean! The host has thought about everything in this place.i will be staying here next time i come up. Host was great at communicating. Check in was smooth and check out was easy.its in a good section as well.lots of great food near by and cute coffe shops as well. Also quick uber to down town as well. "

"The host was the most kind and flexible person to deal with! We were visiting Toronto for a family funeral and the host was so compassionate and kind adjusting to our needs and responding quickly. Apartment was good value for the money. One small complaint was the unit was too hot when we first arrived and took most the night to cool down. The heat was done out of kindness as it was very cozy when we arrived but made it a bit tough to sleep. Other than that a great stay! "
