"A COmfortable and economical motel close to Hobart CBD. Places like this are becoming harder to find. Cheap, handy site, car at door, clean and comfy -- a good balance of assets."

"Room had a musty smell. Extremely bright in the room from the lights shining in from the carpark & the sun in the morning (so pack an eye mask). Walls are thin - can hear your neighbours & cars.
There wasn’t any toilet paper in the room & there was no housekeeping so I had to go buy some. Bed was relatively comfortable & shower good - which is all I really needed.
15 min walk to Salamanca square. So decent location if weather is good."

This peaceful coastal village offers waterfront dining where you can savor fresh seafood while watching boats in the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Rent kayaks to explore the sheltered bay, or take a short drive to Bruny Island for wildlife spotting and spectacular coastal walks.
This is an indecently managed inn located in a quiet upscale neighborhood. There’s bus service into town but we found it easier to use Uber. There’s nearby food at a casino or even better a coffee/breakfast shop and restaurant a few hundred meters south.

Beautiful property. The room was spacious and had everything one needs, including extra blankets, fridge, microwave and cups, utensils , coffee and tea.
I loved the courtyard with the flowers. Liz, the manager, was very helpful with my travel plans in Tasmania. She took time to show me the maps, check travels times, answer my questions. Thank you, Liz. Great to have ample parking and laundry.

We had the Spa Suite which was lovely -- antique furniture & decor, fridge, microwave and very generous size. Convenient location on the bus line near restaurants. Very quiet as well.
