Thank you to Mr. Wittaya whom greeted me with laughter and customer service during breakfast always making sure we were beyond satisfied with any of our needs. With lack of microwaves I would reach out to the front desk whom would send a kind gentleman who warmed up my food daily with such a cute presentation. I felt honestly like royalty. Ally with concerige whom made my check out process smooth and outstanding, especially with her communication. Anything I needed the staff provided. From prior to my stay with reaching out regarding any concern or question they were truly just incredible. Thank you entirely!!"

"I’ve been staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok five times and the entire staff of this company should be highly praised and complimented for their forever dedication in providing a comfortable stay for hotel guests. I’ve always been greeted by big warm smiles from the reservation desk, the morning crew of Dee Lite Bistro at breakfast and the house keepers on the 19th floor.
