"The location of this property is great. It is a short walk to dining and shopping on 5th Avenue and to gorgeous Naples beach. The property, however, is in an area undergoing construction. The photos of the property may be older since the fire pit didn’t appear to be working. The staff on site were very nice and helpful."

The host was attentive and prompt to communicate with us. Charming downtown Naples and all the beautiful beaches are just a stone throw away from the property. The swimming pool at the facility turned out to be a plus. We recommend this apartment. "

"The property manager was excellent & communicated well. The location was fantastic. The place was very tired & not updated. It was not move in ready when we arrived with many basic everyday needs not available. Bedding, soaps, bathroom items, blinds, electrical plug ins, TV channels, etc not up to par. The manager did replace most of these items when we complained. They should have been in place before our arrival. "
