"I was a bit disappointed especially given the marketing (that team gets 5 stars!). I thought the rooms were outdated and a little worn, the breakfast was cold and limited, the pool and gym are part of a private member facility (so busy in the evening), the food in the pub/bar was terrible (!!) and when we asked if there were two singles available we were told we could easily use the sofa bed, but not linen provided. Perhaps I’ve done too much travelling and am jaded, but … On the plus side, easy...

"I would not recommend this property as it is poorly maintained. The first room I was given had a door that did not lock. The hotel has a strange layout and if you want to go higher than the first floor you have to take two separate lifts. The good thing about this hotel is the location, it is very central and close to Moorfields station. However, there is much that could be improved."
