Everything was great especially the employees. Exceptional service and main reason to tip them well. Only exceptions were 2 minor things. First, there was phone in the room to call reception desk. Second, the reception area is closed and not open 24 hours. I am not sure if it was because it was during low season. I had a toilet tank overflowing and reception area was closed at 6:00am. What a wonderful experience at the Nai Harn hotel! The hotel is beautiful and we had an amazing stay here. The rooms are spacious and have a stunning view overlooking the bay. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but there are many choices. We loved our stay at the Nai Harn and would love to come back!!

Mandarava Resort and Spa is beautiful. It is a little oasis tucked into the cliffs of Karon Beach, Phuket Island!! It is close to the beach within walking distance or shuttles that are provided throughout the day. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful (the soaking tub is a delight)!! The breakfast is deliciously yummy with a diverse range of Thai and Western food. The staff are more than accommodating, kind and incredibly helpful. They will organize tours and call ahead for car service....

My identical twin sister & I took our mom to visit Phuket, 03/20/18 to 03/22/18. We chose 2 luxury pool villas, LV 19 with stunning views and infinity pools. The room i thought was small because its an open concept bathroom is divided by a curtain the tub is behind the bed the double sink also behind the bed. If you're coming for a beach holiday, this place may not be for you. But if you're happy sitting by a beautiful pool, looking out overy the sea and soaking in the sun then this hotel is for you. The staff are great and so helpful, the whole hotel was well maintained and so green all around and it's in a good location in that it's far enough away from the crowds but also close enough to great little restaurants and street food vendors. I was exhasted because of work and was looking for a piece of heaven where i could totally rest and find new balance. A gateway! I liked at a first look the idea of villas instead of classic hotel rooms and the nature, all over the territory of the resort. And the fact that the beach was just right next the resort territory. I made a very inspiring choice going there! The personnel very humble, welcoming and helpful literally make you forget about the chaos and rudness specific to city lives....

Beautiful lobby. we were upgraded to larger end room which was very appreciated. The room was very spacious. The toilet was a smart toilet with heated seats. The hotel restaurant has good tasty food and reasonable prices. Definitely will stay again.

very nice hotel located 50 meters from the beach. the hotel facilities are just great and very very nice stuff. stayed for 15 nights. the location is far from shopping center and its good only for who is not looking for daily shopping or action. the swiming pool and breakfast is great.

I can't say enough about this hotel...the grounds are beautiful, the individual house suites were absolutely lovely. I want to live in one! The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. The massages at the spa were fantastic...the food at the restaurant was great...happy hour by the pool...close to the beach and the shops in Karon. Seriously, I can think of nothing to improve upon my experience there.

Sunsuri hotel is located near the quiet beach. It isn't patong beach, quiet. If you want to do marine sports at the beach, you need to change other hotel. Actually i enjoyed marine sports at the Coral island. It's 15 minutes from hotel by car. The pool is big, clean. The bench seat is big and they has slider and diving board. The lunch and dinner is delicious.
