"Great location, very close to train station with easy access to all of the Tokyo hot spots. Front desk staff members were very accommodating and helpful...especially Anna. While the rooms are small, they are well appointed and modernized. "There was a bed bug on the bed. We checked out late but staff was already informed but then the maid came in to the room no knock just opened the door while we still in there. Did not even say sorry or anything. I don’t recommend staying here. Considering we paid double the price of normal price. Worst apa i have ever stayed at."
