"This is the only hotel with a comfortable entrance, large enough to get on and off a taxi with a wheelchair without a rush in such a central Cracow location. Staff were very helpful and rooms were nice and clean."

We arrived to Krakow very late and were very happy to just walk across the street and get checked in to our room quickly. Room was not large, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we return to Krakow."
