"We love Aravanes, been here 3 times before and just came back for 3 days stay. Hosts are exceptional. We always feel at home. They run an authentic restaurant with Greek food and veggies from their own garden. Most rooms have amazing view of Amari Valley."

"Great hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, quiet, and great breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Nice pool , good breakfast, quiet location. Helpful managers, excellent restaurant on site Our room #128: shower head clogged-had to use hand held. Slow drain and small shower cubicle wirh no curtain: flooding on floor everytime we showered . Dont stay in room 128. Our AC kept our room cool, however everyday we would leave and the housekeeper would open the patio doors and leave them unlocked. We reported this to management. "Reception was incredibly nice at check in. Room was great and had everything we needed. "

"Hotel created from abandoned village in the hills behind Rethymno. Gorgeous location and top notch accommodations. Breakfast was very good, and we had a great meal one night at the restaurant there. Wish we had stayed longer..."

"Our 1 week stay in the Creta Royal was absolut wonderful. The whole Staff is very friendly and accommodating. "

"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."

"We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice. The hotel was very clean and tidy the grounds were well maintained. We will be staying here again in the future."

"Excellent location, wonderful hosts"

"This hotel is a hidden gem. The value for money spent is unmatched. The hotel is super clean and brand new in some areas. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the private beach area and bar service. The restaurant quality, convenience, value,"
