"I absolutely loved this hotel. Our stay at the Stary Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, just steps away from the Main Square and is surrounded by charming streets, historical landmarks, and vibrant cafés - yet it remains a peaceful and elegant retreat from the bustle outside. The hotel’s spa and wellness area is located beneath the historic building and is absolutely stunning - a true hidden gem. There are two adjoining pools, a sauna and steam room which create a tranquil atmosphere that feels wonderfully indulgent after a day of exploring the city. Our room was very spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed - a perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional charm. The furnishings and finishes were luxurious and warm - my only complaint would be not enough lighting. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure we had everything we needed from maps and umbrellas to taxis and tours. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel truly welcome. Stary Hotel is the ideal choice for anyone wanting to experience Kraków in style and comfort. It’s a flawless combination of history, luxury, and exceptional service - would highly recommend. "

"Location, location! On the edge of popular market square, loaded with restaurants and historical sites. Cabs and bus transportation a few yards away. Special mention to breakfast room staff. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning. Housekeeping should also be mentioned. Everything was spotless, and it was a pleasure to have daily cleaning in the room, as this practice has been diminished at many hotels. I did notice that most guests were my age or older, and wonder if Rezydent Hotel is classified as a "pensioners" hotel, not that it matters. Like me, I assume other guests were attracted by bargain rates."

"This is a fabulous hotel in the old town. Ideally situated 5 minutes walk to the square. Stayed here with 4 friends we all had single rooms which were spacious, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Free safe with bottled water and toiletries replaced daily. Breakfast was continental with lots of variety, cheeses, cold meat, cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and lots more, you will not go hungry. Staff were amazing, as we had an early return flight we given a breakfast bag that contained 2 lovely sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, water and juice.."
