"I was not happy at all, when i booked online via Hotels.com the place showed that there's availability, paid everything in full however on the day that we are supposed to check in i got a call from the owner that there's no space for us😒 she then offered to arrange an alternative accommodation. This alternative place is not pleasant at all? I mean everything of it.Which we had to drive up and down the whole weekend to get the package that came with the booking 🤔.
