"Very close to Shinagawa Station yet still a very quiet room. Lots of amenities nearby including restaurants, 7 Eleven, drug store... Only downside was the room was a bit warm and A/C was not very effective."

"Fantastic experience, my wife ran the Tokyo Marathon in March so we stayed here for 8 nights. Everything was perfect, clean room perfect housekeeping everyday, easy access to breakfast and 7 eleven inside the hotel, even the location was just a 15 minutes train ride to the busier districts. I would definitely stay at Grand Prince Takanawa again."

"I would give this hotel okay at best. Not what was expected. Bare minimum for dorm like stay! Breakfast was disappointed. Ran out of bread by 8:30 am. No fruit, cheese or cereals. Very disappointing. Book based on ratings but not a hotel I’d book again Close to train station "
