"Great location. Eateries are everywhere, MTR station is within a thousand feet away. Hotel is in brand new condition. Staffs are professional and courteous. Our room was very clean, but it's a bit small, and only had room for one chair. I can compare it to a standard stateroom in a cruise ship except the bathroom was a bit larger.     "Great Stays for Family !! I booked the Plaza Deluxe Family Room and had a wonderful experience. I stored my luggage with the hotel until my next check-in, and to my surprise, they upgraded my room for both bookings! The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure to note all my requests. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk through MOKO Mall from Mong Kok East MTR Station, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay for families, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"
