"Property is newly renovated so it is nice. Nearest train station is 7-8 minutes and bus stop is almost the same walking distance. Host is quick to respond with email and very helpful with communication on how to navigate the property location via train. Location is a bit far from Dotonbori, USJ, and Expo so not recommended stay for guests with small children or elderly. Dining around the surrounding area becomes limited as they closed early. "The stay here was lovely, spacious room with a kitchen even laundry washer. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk however they left a number I can reach in case I ever needed anything, they always got back to me in a timely manner. Grocery store just a 5 minute walk down the street, I would stay here again as the room was spacious and could accommodate multiple people if needed. Recommended"

"洗濯機があるとのことでしたがありませんでした。 洗濯機を頼りにしたパッキングだったので手洗いしました。 清潔感も良くないです。 到着して部屋に入ると虫がいて蜘蛛の巣もあり掃除機をかけようとしましたがその掃除機もヘッドが外れて取り付けられないように壊れていました。 そういうわけで床の布団で誰も寝たがらなかったです。"
