"When we checked in the security in the hotel kept us in the car for approxametily half an hour to see if there is a reservation and they kept saying that there is no reservation after arguing with them and we had to make expedia call them to check us in, the ad on expedia said parking was free but they made us pay. After more than 40 mins I check in, I drove 4 hours from Houston to be met with such staff, awful, not recommended."

The bathroom sink had a horrible leak and water went all over the floor then the next day after fixing that the hand held shower head broke while I was giving my handicap husband a shower. Just expected better room condition. "
