"The worst service ever, Geronimo promise to check in on time, and at 6:00 pm, after two trips, he yields at me as if it was our fault that the apartment was not ready. The apartment a/c overflow with water and damage our shoes. The apartment t is a two-bedroom, not a three-bedroom apartment. The 3rd bed is in the back with no ac and next to a toilet disgusting. "Only in for 1 night, but there was a serious issue with cleanliness and maintenance. There was a thick layer of dust on the kitchen light. The toaster was filthy and broken. The 2 televisions were broken and couldnt find the Samsung remote for bedroom television to see if it worked. Matrresses were very hard and horrible bed sheets. This is an older building with a need for some serious maintenance and cleaning attention. My friends stayed in a unit on the 17th floor and he didnt have water in...
