"This is a new and beautiful hotel and a desirable neighborhood of old Quebec. Everything is within a few minutes of walking. Staff is very friendly. I would like to specifically mention Tristan from the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and they have a making coffee and lots and cappuccino, and they bring it over to your table. I would highly recommend a hotel.

"Quiet, serene hotel that's away from the masses around the Fontenac but convenient to charming shops and restaurants. The hotel bellman are superb, as was the concierge when she was there, which wasn't at all on our first day. Check-in was held until nearly 4 p.m. even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked, and we had arrived on a red-eye. So I was not happy about that. Still, I would definitely stay again. "Chateau Frontenac is a venerable and iconic lodge that isn’t resting on its laurels. Despite being 150 years old, the service and staff and accommodations are still at the top of their game. "This place is right next to the major attractions so the location is great. Place was huge and clean. AC worked well. Only things we didn’t like was the TV was extremely slow and older and the beds were very firm. Otherwise would recommend!"

"Easy walking distance to old Quebec City.
The pool was being painted on the 2nd day I arrived so I could only use it the one day.
The pool was nicely heated so even though it was cool day it was beautiful. "

"Loved the loft and the area. I would just suggest a bath mat to use in shower for elderly mom it was slippery and hooks for clothes on the bedroom walls since there were no closets or hangers. Kitchen is well equipped "
