No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The room is small, but very comfortable and clean. "

They were a great resource, so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The historic Palazzo is in a great location, was comfortable and well maintained, and was cleaned every day....

Check-in was very easy, communication and passports done virtual, location was easy to find, the host provided private parking outside the town walls, the one shower for 3 couples was a little tough and the beds were a bit hard, but the location and common space were wonderful. "Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "
