"The room was amazing. We had a perfect beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from our room. The room provided everything we needed for our stay. Great area to do the sightseeing we needed and a great restaurant right nextdoor. Breakfast was also very yummy. Nothing but good vibes. Thank you!!! "

"Long walk to get to the hotel, esp'ly with luggages, seems like only those who drive are welcome, you'd think hotel got shuttle from bus station to hotel front, but they don't. Then, once all restaurants close at the same time as the stores in outlet, you got no other options but to eat at the hotel's restaurant which only offered buffet at 5500Y/person; that would not have been a problem if they offered decent food, but no, way worse than food court quality, which made the whole experience less than decent. The view and the hot springs are the only good things left with this hotel."

"Small room size have to take turn to open the luggage. Shared public bath facilities. Men/Women have different timing access. Breakfast timing end too early! 8.30am the dining place closed. Though they inform beforehand but we missed it. And we have a hard time trying to find cafe to fill our stomach as most of the dining places only open at 11am. "

"Rooms were very clean upon check-in. Easy access to bus routes to Hakone. Staff was very nice and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice plus!"

"The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a hike up Mt Fuji scheduled, and they did everything they could to help call + reserve taxi’s, provide early dinner, etc. Everyone was incredibly nice. And the property itself is beautiful!! "
