"The room was nice and clean. Very nice hotel and we liked that we could refill our water bottles at the lobby. Very close to the train station which made life very easy for us."

"Close to the bahnhof and easy bus transportation to the old town. Staff is extremely helpful (shoutout to Alexandra) and the bed was super comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants."

"La vue sur Lucerne était extraordinaire! Les gens de l’hôtel, à l’accueil, au restaurant, etc.étaient tous sympathiques, cordiales et aidants. L’atmosphère était très conviviale. Le quartier, en bas du funiculaire, ne semblait pas le plus sécuritaire. Heureusement, l’autobus n’est qu’à quelques pas du funiculaire."
