Great resort and good staff, the location and viewe is perfect, the place deserves three or four days to staying. I would like to thank the wonderful staff Athina who made our stay better when she learned that our early departure brought breakfast at night. She is a commendable employee.

Perfect place to stay in Agios! Right on the water walkable to the lake and tons of restaurants but a little more on the outskirts of the chaos. The staff are what make this place- they are truly all amazing and go above and beyond. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Every question we had, were address on the very confident and knowledge level. People who work there (and also across the island) speak at least several languages because of the multi cultured tourists and visitors they have to deal with. It's just great resort. The location is great. The facilities are wonderful. We were a couple on vacation and first when I've seeing the kid guests I thought it would be noisy. But The resort is very well planned - it felt like not crowded at all. There were plools for kids and just great SPA for adults. It has 4 or 5 restaurants on the territory of the resort - so you don't need (or actually you don't want) to go anywhere else. There's a direct access to the sea with good sand beach....

We stayed at Istron Collection Villas in September 2026, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Our villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and having our own private pool made the stay even more special. The staff truly made our visit memorable. We stayed here in June. The large family suite with bunk beds was very comfortable and the staff was very diligent about replacing towels which was really appreciated. The room was supposed to be seafront but in reality we were looking at trees blocking the view. The beach is great IF not windy. We had a few days where the wind meant no swimming at the beach was allowed. No big deal but something to be aware of. Mezze and Mouries restaurant had great food. The breakfast options are also great....

Clean room, but didn’t like the shower. Lovely pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Arrived by taxi from airport only to discover that there weren’t any restaurants or bars within walking distance of the hotel. Contact with hosts via Expedia only. Would have liked the porch light on when we arrived in the dark, though. We are staying there again in a few weeks and I’m looking forward to it.

This is a very nice hotel near the marina, a bit away from the chaos of the center of A.N. but still close to restaurants, the beach, etc. The perfect location in my opinion. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. We booked a room with a large deck - enough room for 2 loungers, a bistro set, and a bit tub (with unheated water perfect for cooling off in). We spent quite a bit of time on that deck. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Everything was simply perfect. Location was in the heart of Malia, close to most restaurants and shops. Our luxury 2-bedroom apartment had an amazing interior, it was also spacious and very clean. Pool area was great as well. We would love to return there some day.

Situated at the top of a mountain, the view is breathtaking. The apartment is warm and inviting. the people and food are full of love.
