(If you can, give them more time!). Checking was smoothly, personnel very helpful. Got a spacious upgraded room. "

Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay."

There are insufficient words for Martin Torres, the incomparable Concierge who knew and handled everything immediately with a smile! My friend was staying at a big American chain and she said their Concierge was useless: “Thank Goodness we have Martin!!” The lobby and the rooms are delightfully charming, beautifully decorated from a bygone era. I was very sad to leave!"
