"Great service with friendly staff. Central location in the old part of the city with some good restaurants and cafes in nearby streets. My only criticism was the floors were really creaky and the room was cool even with the split aircon turned to heat. The breakfast room was also cool and dark in the mornings."

"My partner and I stayed here for a week in February 2024. It's a lovely apart-hotel in a wonderful location. The area right around the hotel is a bit touristy, but quite comfortable and bustling. It's steps from a metro stop, a very short walk to a full grocery store, near plentiful restaurants and bars (La Mesita was excellent). The room was very nice: good kitchenette with everything you need, nice sized refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, etc. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet room....

"Really helpful attendants, breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable. If you're looking for a charming place to stay in Santiago, this one has been nicely restored and has a really cool old-style (and functional!) elevator - the kind you have to pull folding doors to open and close! The bed linens were very clean and sanitary. "
