We stayed in Cherry. It was a lovely room with a nice, up-to-date bathroom. It was plenty roomy for the two of us and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely return.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. Their restaurant is fantastic and the town is beautiful. So much attention to detail and the food easily rivals the best in London. You will not regret spending time in this wonderful hotel.

Amazing stop for us. Absolutely splendid hotel with wonderful grounds! Our boys loved the outdoor grounds for exploring and playing soccer (football). Stayed here in a family room (5 of us)--plenty of space, overlooking pool. Wonderful service and attention. Convenient for our visits to Avebury and Bath.

The inn was beautiful. The location is perfect. It is right outside Bath, next to the horse racecourse.
The room was nearly brand new which was both good and bad. The good was it was spotless and well maintained. The bad was the radiator wasn’t working the first night so my son was shivering all night. Im not going to knock the rating down because the staff tried their best to fix it.
The breakfast was delicious. We loved every dish. We also ate dinner there twice and had a lovely meal.

The hotel is located outside the city of Bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre, so we took a local bus. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Gems assisted us at check-in and printed out the bus schedule for us!! She was very pleasant as well as all the other staff. We were having dinner at the hotel, and she walked us to the dining room. We decided very last minute to stay in the Cotswalds overnight. I wanted to experience a staying a traditional inn. The Horse and Groom was perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything better. The guestroom was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We booked just an hour before we arrived, but they were gracious to accommodate us. The Inn is picturesque, the breakfast was amazing even though we were there on Monday when they do t offer their full breakfast menu. The service was the best we have ever...
