"I booked this unit for two nights to enjoy a relaxing time with my wife, sitting on the deck, looking at the water and enjoying sunsets. Instead, I spent our anniversary and sunset for three hours late into the night on the phone, sending emails and messages to the host attempting to get instructions on how to get access into the dwelling. After three hours of being ignored by the host, I attempted to get in touch with VRBO and spent another hour chatting with their robot before finally being...

"Location was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. The listing was accurate, once you understand the numbering system. Very recommendable."

"Amazing stay, the apartment was better than the photos which is tough because they were great. Everything was so nicely styled, no detail had been missed from the design to the appliances and items provided for use. We only wish we had been able to stay longer (we even tried to extend). My only note is to use google maps vs other map apps to locate the property as they all send you to the wrong address. There are 2 doors within 10seconds of each other that have the building name on it, please...

"everything was good"

"Lovely stay, great apartment, baby equipment available but not advertised, much appreciated. Loved Portissol and sanary."
