"Been coming for years love the place! Vacation sales provided top quality customer service as did food and beverage. Pizza hut too! However front desk needs more training as not clear about charges such as resort fee verses incidental vs room deposit. Check out at front desk associate was rude and short with me. Not friendly at all. Probably needs more training or another job. "

"We had a great experience at The Inn at La Jolla. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating with local recommendations. They have coffee every morning in the lobby. And the hotel is pretty centrally located. We only use the car once. Pretty much everything was within walking distance. Cute restaurants, and coffee shops. And you could walk to the water where the sea lions hang out. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. "
