Great place. Fabulous food and drinks at both Tiki Bar and Drift. Wonderful outdoors areas for sitting, pool, and Lido Beach. Wonderful place. Walk to St. Armand’s Circle for shopping and restaurants.

Our room was nicer than I expected, after reading several of the reviews. AC worked fine, shower water was cool, but weather was hot so we didn't mind. Hotel provides beach chairs, which we used and appreciated. Beach parking lots were packed, so we loved the location of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again--much cheaper than nearby alternatives.

This is by far the most spacious and clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was fabulous. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Der Dutchman restaurant was conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk) and had delicious food. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Wonderful stay for so many reasons. The comfortable spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, rooftop pool and bar combined with the helpful staff all makes this the best value in Sarasota!

Fantastic amenities. Pool with cabanas and plentiful outdoor seating we’re superb. Great fire pit and grills too. Proximity to a Nathan Benderson park was a major plus, the couple of minutes walk to the park was great. Provided a great option for early morning walk or jog in a gorgeous setting. Plus loved that there were nearby food and shopping options. Only drawback about a 30 minutes drive to Siesta Key or Lido beaches.

Great hotel

We found Longboat Key Resort online and decided to roll the dice-we're very happy we did. Easy to find in Sarasota, minutes from a shopping and restaurant area yet still felt away from it all. We were greeted at the check in desk with friendly smiles and escorted to our spacious room which turned out to be a nice, clean efficiency apartment complete with dishwasher, laundry facilities, stove, and refrigerator overlooking the lagoon. Love the kitchenette in the room. There was option to ask for portable cooktop which we didn’t have time to do but good to know for future stays.

The pool is very nice and convenient to Venice beach. Very quaint hotel and area!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Checking in was a breeze. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking and just enough space for two people. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Very home-like feeling. The room was a very nice stroll away from Siesta Key beach which is so lovely. There is a heated pool which was very nice when it was windy outside. All in all, it is a great place to stay for a relaxing time. Small grocery, restaurant and bar all in walking distance.

The resort is so nice! Private beach right behind it, not even a minute walk to get there. Beautiful room with very helpful staff. Clean room with everything you need. Highly recommended, and it's close to the action in downtown Sarasota. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Its very clean from the lobby to the room. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and they supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in their bathrooms. The breakfast was very good. They offer hot food i.e. eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast or pancakes. They also have cereals, oatmeal, fruits and yogurt. This was the singlemost BEST hotel experience of my life!!!! Great communication, beautiful property, wonderful management!!!! The room was beautifully decorated and CLEAN!! I won't normally go barefoot in a hotel - this place was the exception to the rule!! Everything was clean, pretty, and how every hotel experience should be, but is not.

Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

Great location for business travelers. Plenty of eateries and shopping close by. Was glad to be close to LA Fitness gym. Everything I need is here. Service is great, rooms well cared for. My place to stay when I come to Sarasota for business.

Housekeeping ladies were wonderful! Kristin at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! We were very impressed!
