"The entrance is a bit tricky. Look for the only stone archway on the facade of the building and enter there. Walk down the small hallway to the end and ring the front desk from an old intercom. They'll buzz you in and then take the elevator to the 4th floor. They'll buzz you in to the hostel entrance when you get to the 4th floor. Nobody spoke English but we found that the front desk is always staffed so you'll be able to get into the property at any time day or night. We had zero problems in...

"A great location in the central area, steps away from the Sol train/metro stop. Easy walking to everything. Only Spanish spoken, has elevator. My room, #11, had a hairdryer! Very noisy, normal for a hostel, but bring earplugs. Great WiFi. No central gathering spot. Toilet made for tiny humans"

"The staff wss so friendly and helpful. There was an assortment of restaurants to chose from and you could walk to so many attractions from the hostel. You are in the very center of everything. The only complaint I had was that the delightful little street turned into a consistent roar of talking and laughing that lasted throughout the night. It was hard to sleep without ear plugs.... You will find them on the nightstand. "
