"We spent five wonderful days in Madrid and were lucky to stay at Juan's apartment! Everything was exceptional: from the communication, through the location (ideal), to the apartment where we had literally everything we needed. The accommodation is even better than in the pictures, the kitchen is well equipped, and the WiFi is excellent! There's a small market right next to the building. Highly recommended!"

"The location is really good to see all the sights and around good shopping. The metro is just steps away. Be prepared though for a lot of people and noise coming from the bars nearby. The apartment is small but didn’t feel too small. While we were there It was too cold to use the balcony but if it was hot you should know that there is an awning to provide shade. "Great Location Good hotel Good Service Rooms on 5th floor, as advertised , to be fair, have sloping ceiling which technically dramatically reduces the practical size of the room. For me due to this the rooms are therefore not 5 star quality and do not justify the 5 star price, Breakfast is very good "

"Hotel Villa Real is definitely very beautiful. One of my favorite rooms! The hotel property itself is on an interesting area; there was a commotion like a protest or something going on every morning lol. But I loved that it was a close walk to the Prado Museum and public transport. Breakfast was… okay. Not many choices but it was modest. I had a balcony and I appreciated the views of the front snd especially the sunsets. Checking in and checking out was very easy. "

"2 rooms. 2 adults 4 children. European vacation. Walkable to train station, Plaza Mayor & all tour meeting points. Short taxi or subway to airport. Friendly, helpful staff spoke excellent English and offered many dining and sightseeing suggestions. Sun deck was comfortable…but BYOB. "
