"Our stay was generally fine, but unfortunately, our experience with a staff member named Kathy?was very disappointing. She spoke to us in a rude and dismissive manner and seemed uninterested in helping us, especially when she said her shift was over. Her attitude toward us as customers felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the hotel provides better customer-service training so other guests do not have the same experience."
"The room was very clean and nicely air conditioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue that we experienced was the lack of towels in the room. We had to request towels every evening of are stay. Overall was a great experience and would come back!"

Housekeeping was outstanding, and our room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and made our trip even more enjoyable.
