They kept parking open late and provided an extremely clear and personalized instruction guide to access the property, retrieve our key, and make it to our room late at night. "One of the nicest views in Lake Como region is right outside your hotel room. The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. Service to the room is excellent and the restaurant is also outstanding, Michelin quality food and service. The Spa, Workout facilities and everything else compares favorably to any Five star hotel we've stayed in, in Italy or otherwise. A short 10 minute walk to the heart of the Bellagio tourist region puts your right close to the action"

"Great lake view. Very helpful staff. Superb location near Villa Carlotta and the mid-lake pier. The food at the restaurant was excellent.The only down-side was that on checking out at 6 am we had to use the emergency exit."

"The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it. "
